Please keep the following in mind when considering migrating to the new pricing model:
- This migration is irreversible, you will not be able to go back to White Label Legacy account.
- The new Account Plan will be annual (only Team or Agency).
- Users with SMB accounts can migrate to the BASIC plan.
- The renewal for the Account plan will change to the date the migration is performed.
- You will be prorated for the time remaining on your White Label Reseller subscription (this happens automatically) once the migration occurs.
- If user is paying Tax, the migration price does not include tax, but user will be charged price with tax when migrated.
- Free sites will be unpublished during the migration and you will need to republish them on a paid plan.
- Except for yearly sites purchased within the last 30 days, the sites in the account will retain their current subscription status and renewal dates. (If a site renewed in June 2019 it will renew again in June 2020).
- Yearly subscriptions created in the 30 days before the migration day are refunded fully and are billed again as of migration day.

If you are a Legacy White Label Reseller Duda Pro account and are using Custom Branding on your dashboard through Custom HTML/CSS, please note that this feature will not transfer along to the new pricing Agency features. This is custom plan feature. For more information, see Plans.
