Update Your Invoiced Reseller Payment

As an invoiced reseller, you will be able to update the payment for all sites in your account through the payment info link in your dashboard.

Once you have updated your payment information for your account, your card will be used to pay for all published sites in your dashboard at the beginning of each month.


This payment link is only available to invoiced resellers.

To update your payment information:

  1. Log in to your dashboard. You must be in the Master Account and not a staff or customer account.
  2. Hover over your account email in the top menu to trigger a drop-down.
  3. Click Payment Info.
  4. You will be a taken to a screen where you can enter your payment information. Be sure to understand the information on this page, then enter your card information. You also have the option of entering in your VAT ID depending on your country.
  5. Once you have entered your information (filling in fields such as VAT), click Add Credit Card.
  6. Done.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Can I add my own VAT?

Depending on the country, the VAT field will appear. You can enter your VAT ID and business name here to avoid the VAT tax.

It's not taking my card information.

If it is not taking in your card information, click Help in the upper right corner to contact the support team for assistance.
