Update Your Invoiced Reseller Payment

As an invoiced reseller, you will be able to update the payment for all sites in your account through the payment info link in your dashboard.

Once you have updated your payment information for your account, your card will be used to pay for all published sites in your dashboard at the beginning of each month.

Update Credit Card

1. Log into your dashboard.
2. Click your avatar in the top navigation and select Payment.
3. Click Update billing info link on the Credit card details card.
4. Click Update card.
5. Update the necessary fields.
6. Click Update card.

The undated credit card information will be used to continue paying your account plan and site subscriptions.

Update Invoice Details

1. Log into your dashboard.
2. Click your avatar in the top navigation and select Payment.
3. Click Update billing info link on the credit card details card.
4. Depending on what you need to update, you can update your name, business address, and invoice name.
5. Click Save once your changes are complete.

The saved changes will appear on your next invoice.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Can I add my own VAT?

Depending on the country, the VAT field will appear. You can enter your VAT ID and business name here to avoid the VAT tax.

It's not taking my card information.

If it is not taking in your card information, click Help in the upper right corner to contact the support team for assistance.
