I'm Getting Double Billed

If you are seeing duplicate charges on your credit card, try the following.

Solution

  • Confirm the number of paid sites on your Dashboard. Every paid site has a subscription attached to it.
  • Check your other accounts to see if you have another site on that account.
  • Contact the billing team using the number on the receipt that was sent to you via email.
