The default copy in the email is localized. If changed, make sure the custom copy matches the language selected as only the non-editable content is translated. Emails cannot be customized per customer.
To edit the email invitation sent to clients:
Log in to your account to access the Dashboard.
- On the top of the page, click White Label, and select Client Invitation.
- Type a name in the From field and a subject in the Email Subject field.
- To edit the email, click Edit Email, edit the text as necessary, and click Save & Close.
- To send a test of the email, click Send Test, type an email address, and click Send.
