Save a custom site template to create a reusable design for new websites, or to re-use a website design you particularly like.
Create a New Template
To create a new custom template:
- Log in to your account to access the Dashboard.
- Click Create a Responsive Site.
- At the top of the page, click Create Template.
- Select one of the existing templates to customize. This template serves as a starting point for your design.
- Type a Template name in the field.
- Customize your site in the editor as usual. When you are finished making changes, click Done.
The new template appears in Team Templates section.
Save an Existing Site as Template
To save an existing site as a template:
- From the dashboard, click Sites.
- Click the menu on the site you want to save as a template, and click Save As Template.
Apply a Template to a Site
You can use saved templates during site creation process or apply the template to an existing site.
To create a site using a template:
- From the dashboard, click Sites.
- Click Create a Responsive Site.
- In the left panel, click Team Templates and select the template you want to use.
To apply a template to an existing site, reset an existing site and select your saved template using the steps above.
