You can create and save custom filtered views of your site list to easily access your most important sites first without having to manually select filters each time. For example, you can group and separate different types of sites, such as live sites from works in progress, and active client sites from templates or drafts. In addition, you can set a saved view as the Default View, so that it is what you see automatically each time you log into your dashboard and view your site list.
To save a view:
From the dashboard, click Filter.
Select the desired filters, then click + Save view.
Type a name for this view, then click Save. Note the character limit is 30.
The new filter appears at the top of the site list and in the Filter menu. In addition, an All Sites filter appears at the top of the list to allow you to quickly view all sites and deselect any other filter.
Set Saved View as Default
To set the default view:
Click the chevron icon next to the desired view.
In the menu, select Set as Default View.
In the popup, select which view you want to be the default.
Click Set as Default.
Rename or Delete Saved View
To rename or delete a saved view:
From the dashboard, click the chevron icon next to the desired view.
From the drop down select either Rename view or Delete view.
If you selected to Rename view, type a new name and click Rename. If you selected to delete the view, click Yes, delete.
If the deleted view was the default view, All Sites will automatically become the default view.
