Abandoned carts are created when site visitors add products to the cart, input their email address, and then for various reasons do not complete the checkout process. You can use this feature to potentially recover lost sales and improve overall sales performance.
Note
-
A cart is considered abandoned when it has not been modified in more than 4 hours.
-
To be considered an abandon cart there needs to be a least 1 item in the cart.
-
Only carts where the customer entered their email will be recorded.
-
Abandoned carts will expire and be removed after 90 days.
