Starting in May 2025*, Duda is gradually rolling out a new and improved billing center to provide account owners with better visibility and control over their account plan and subscriptions. The billing center improvements include:

Unified subscription cycles. Recurring subscriptions are aligned with your account plan cycle.

View all bills and upcoming charges on one dashboard. You can view and track the cost per unit and total cost for all active and inactive subscriptions.

The new billing center is being gradually rolled out to new and existing users over the course of several months. Following is a timeline:

May 4, 2025 - June 15, 2025. New customers who join Duda after May 4 will have the new billing center.

June 15 - August 15, 2025. Gradual rollout to existing customers.
Subscriptions for sites, apps, and eCommerce will now align with the same cycle as the account plan, no matter when in the account plan cycle the subscription is purchased. If a purchase is made between billing cycles, the cost is prorated*.
*Prorated charges will be waived during the rollout phase of this project between June and August 2025. You will see the prorated amount during checkout but will not be charged.
Prorated charges are adjustments to the cost of your subscription that reflect the time you’ve used the service. They are applied when there is a change to your subscription, like upgrading, downgrading, or starting a subscription mid-month. This helps ensure you're only paying for what you've actually used, rather than being charged for a full billing cycle when your subscription starts or changes mid-month.
For example:

You purchased an account plan on May 7th 2025. This makes the 7th of each month the date that all monthly subscriptions align with and are billed on (also called “billing day”). Yearly subscriptions are billed on May 7th.

On May 9th, you select a yearly site subscription for $168 and a monthly app subscription for $7.

On May 9th, you are charged a prorated amount for the time between May 9th and the next billing date of June 7th. The prorated charge is $20.14.

On June 7th you are charged for the 12 months of site subscription ($168) and the monthly app subscription ($7).

The monthly app subscription will continue to be billed monthly on the 7th while the yearly site subscription will be billed again on May 7th 2026.
To better manage your account plan, subscriptions, and invoices we improved the user experience of the pages and features in the billing center.
We created a Subscriptions and Plans page where account owners now have a view of all active and past subscriptions, which site they’re associated with, how much they cost, and how often they’re charged. This allows account owners to have better financial management and track the cost per unit and total cost for all subscriptions.
To access the Plans & Subscriptions page:

From the dashboard, click your avatar.

Select Billing.

Expand the Billing tab and select Plans & Subscriptions.
No action is required on your part. The improved billing process will be rolled out to your account automatically. If you have questions, contact Support.
