How do I Upgrade an Existing Account Subscription?


This article pertains to customers on our Basic, Team, and Agency plans.

You can make changes to your existing account subscription in the Payment tab in your Dashboard.

Upgrade existing Account:

  1. Navigate to your account dashboard.
  2. Hover over your email address and click Payments from the drop down menu.
  3. Click Upgrade to upgrade your account plan.
  4. To switch from monthly to annual account plan billing, click Change to annual.

You will be prorated for the original time remaining on the original plan. For more information, see the FAQS in Upgrade Your Account to Gain Access to New Features.
