Duda University is open to anyone who wants to invest in their career and business. Our courses and certifications are geared towards designers, developers, and agency owners who want to improve their skills and earn industry-recognized credentials to drive growth and success.
Can all of my team take the courses? Is this by agency or person?
The courses are per person, so we highly recommend that each person log in with their specific credentials. That way, everyone can self-pace the courses and get a certification under their name.
When should I take the courses?
Anytime it is convenient for you! Our courses are easily accessible from any device, allowing you to learn when it best fits your schedule. You can start browsing courses and become certified today.

Our content is created and delivered by experts at Duda as well as in the broader industry. We work with partners, customers, and our very own Duda experts to bring you the latest and most relevant content to help you succeed.
Why should I add and share my certificate on social networks?
Once you pass the certification exam you will earn a unique, verifiable certification credential. You can share it with the world by easily adding it to your LinkedIn profile and anywhere else you are active.
Your certificate represents all the hard work you put into earning a certification—not to mention your expertise. Show it off to the world and earn more leads!
How can I log in to access my account?
To log into your account, go to university.duda.co, and click Login at the top right corner of the page.
How do I create an account?
If you already have a Duda account you can go to university.duda.co, click Login at the top right corner of the page, enter your Duda credentials, and click Login. Not yet a Duda customer? On the login screen, click Sign Up Here. It is free to create accounts, watch courses and complete the certifications.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forgot your password, you can use our forgot password feature to get access to your account. You must enter the valid, Duda email that was created in our system.
What if the password forgot feature is telling me my account is invalid?
Try to think of the emails that you might have set up. Without knowing the account email address, it is not possible to get access back to your account.
How do I navigate through the course and exam questions?
You can navigate backward and forward through the course lessons and exam questions using the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the screen.
How do I view my certification?
Once you've completed one of Duda’s certifications, you can view your certification, download a printable copy, embed the certification onto your site, or add it to LinkedIn or Upwork.
In order to do so yourself, you will need to have access to your Duda University account, go to the upper right-hand corner and click My Profile.
How do I add my certification to LinkedIn?
Once you receive a certificate and options to add it to your LinkedIn profile, you'll see the following information that can easily be copied and pasted into the fields on the LinkedIn form.
How do I add my certification to Upwork?
If you try to enter a certification not on the Upwork list, you’ll have the opportunity to Suggest a Certification. This is the best way to help the Duda certifications be added to their list.
How do I view my progress in a certification or course?
Go to your Duda University account, and scroll through your courses and certifications under My Profile. For lessons or courses you've started, the progress meter below the title indicates the estimated time left in the certification or course.
Go to the Course Overview in the upper left-hand corner of the course or scroll to see its lessons. Completed sections in each lesson are indicated with a yellow circle with a check mark and uncompleted sections show an empty yellow circle.
Can I swap my certifications from my old email address to my new email address?
Yes, you can swap certifications between your email addresses. To do so, go to your Duda account and update your account settings.
To access your account settings:
- Log in to your account to access the Dashboard.
- Hover over your email address and click Account.
- In the Login Info section, click Change email.
- Type a New email and Confirm New Email.
- Click Save.
If you have multiple student records, with different emails, you can have your accounts merged and your associated progress will merge into a single record. To do this, contact Duda University support.
Where can I ask questions about the certification program?
The best place to ask questions about your certifications is by sending them to the Learner Survey or to contact Duda University support.
Do I have to complete the certification exam if another user in the same Duda account has already submitted and passed the certification?
To pass the Duda University certifications, each person must submit their own test for grading. If you have multiple users in one account, each separate user needs to have their own unique submission to pass all exam requirements.
When will my certification exam be graded?
You'll answer 60 random multiple choice items and a score of 70% or higher is needed to pass. You'll receive your score immediately after completing the exam. If you pass, we will include instructions on how to publish your certificate to your LinkedIn profile.
