How do Experts charge for their services?
Experts will have varying methods and amounts for the services they charge, as all are unique offers for those experts.
How do I pay the Expert for their services? Do I need to pay up front or leave a deposit?
Transactions and services are governed by the terms set between you and the Duda Expert. If you have any questions regarding pricing, payment plans, and so on, reach out to the Expert you are working with.
How do I get my work?
This process is governed by the terms set between you and the Duda Expert. We recommend two options to easily receive projects in your Duda Account:
- Create a staff or client account for the Duda Expert in your Duda Account with the appropriate permissions. The Expert can build your project directly in your account.
- Note
A staff account is required to build Custom Widgets.
- Duda Experts can build projects in their Duda Account. Once complete, they can submit a request to our support team here to transfer these projects to your account.
How quickly should I expect to hear back from Experts?
For active projects, communication frequency is governed by terms set between you and the Duda Expert.
For initial project requests, clients involved in the Duda Experts program are required to actively respond. You should expect a response within 3-5 business days. If you find an unresponsive Expert, please reach out to experts@duda.co.

Do I need to be a Duda client to reach out to an Expert?
Initial requests to an Expert do not require a Duda account. An active Duda account is required to receive a project from an Expert once completed. Get started here.
Who are Duda Experts and what does it take to become one?
Experts are Duda-endorsed professionals with a deep knowledge of the Duda platform, but are not employees of Duda. They are experts in their field who have passed certifications for the work they are providing. For more information, see the Duda Experts Program Requirements.
