What countries are supported with Client Billing?
Client Billing is supported in the following countries. Accounts not in a supported country will not have Client Billing available.
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States
Only people who are added as clients can pay you.
Can I combine one-time and recurring payments?
Yes. The one-time line items will be charged only on the first payment.
How do I add tax rates?
You first need to configure your tax rates on Stripe. After that, the tax rates will be available to use in your payment request. Select a tax rate and select the relevant line items.

How can I manage my products and prices?
From the dashboard, click Client Billing, and then click the Products tab. Click Manage Products in Stripe.
Do I have to create products and prices in Stripe?
I'm not seeing my products in Stripe. What do I do?
To use Client Billing, you need to create a new Stripe account to connect to Duda. Products from existing Stripe accounts do not display in your new account, and you must recreate your products in the correct account.
If you are not seeing your existing products in Stripe, go to your Stripe account and on the top left corner click the drop-down and select your account that is connected to Duda. You will need to create your products within the account connected to Duda.
Do clients need to be added to the site in order to create a payment request?
No, you do not need to add clients to the site in order to create a payment request or receive paymenst from them.
What fees are collected during successful transactions?
Duda charges a 2.5% fee per successful transaction on top of Stripe fees, which vary by country. To see the Stripe fees, see the Stripe Pricing.
