Turning your Store into a catalog is helpful when you need customers to request a quote for a product with customization options that will affect the final price. A catalog is also a good way to stay relevant with your customers when closing a seasonal business until sales resume or if you want customers to come visit your physical store to make purchases.
To turn your Store into a catalog, you need to disable your existing online payment methods and shipping methods.
To turn your Store into an online catalog:
In the side panel, click eCommerce, then click Manage Store.
Click Payment, then next to each payment method, switch the toggle to the off position to disable the payment method.
Click Shipping & Pickup, then next to each shipping method, click Action and select Delete from the menu to remove the shipping methods.
