[en] Duda's Copilot is a conversational AI assistant built into the platform, designed to help you build, edit, and manage sites faster. Copilot can now take action across your entire workflow, from the dashboard, the editor, and custom widgets, all from a single conversation. You can ask it to create a new page, update a collection, generate a custom widget, and more.
[en] Copilot is context aware, meaning it knows your existing site content and the page or element you've selected, so every edit starts from context, not from scratch. Instead of clicking through menus, just describe what you need and Copilot does the work.
[en] Copilot can be launched from multiple entry points across the dashboard and editor, with more added over time.
[en] Copilot keeps a separate conversation history for each site, Vibe project, and custom widget, as well as for the dashboard Copilot. For sites, custom widgets, and the dashboard Copilot, each user’s conversation history is private; account owners and other team members cannot view, open, or continue another user’s conversation. Start a new conversation, rename or delete existing ones, and browse between past conversations from the conversation menu. Opening Copilot after 2 or more hours of inactivity starts a new conversation automatically.
[en] In Vibe, conversations are shared at the project level, so any team member with access to the project and the Copilot permission can view, continue, rename, or delete them.
[en] Deleting a site, Vibe project, or user also deletes the conversations associated with it.
Anmerkung
[en] Canvas-based actions are only available in Editor 2.0.
[en] The Copilot permission provides access to the tool, but then you need to add the corresponding permission for the action you want to take through Copilot.
[en] For example:
-
[en] To use Copilot on the dashboard and in the editor, you need both Copilot and Editor permissions.
-
[en] To use Copilot in the Widget Builder to create account-level widgets, you need both Copilot and Widget Builder permissions.
-
[en] To use Vibe, you only need Copilot permission.
[en] Client access is not available yet. We plan to offer Copilot to clients, and to users without the Editor permission, in a future update.
[en] Copilot actions use AI Credits. Each action consumes credits, and the number of credits depends on the complexity of the action. For example, a small text edit uses fewer credits than generating an entire page.

[en] Copilot supports Editor 2.0 containers: sections, columns, inner columns, and the site header and footer. It also understands and can edit most widgets, including the paragraph, image, button, form, and photo gallery widgets along with custom widgets.
[en] Some widgets are not supported yet, including the blog widgets, store widgets, Bookings, and Mega Menu widgets.
Anmerkung
[en] While Copilot cannot yet add or edit the Blog, Store, and Bookings widgets on the canvas, it can still create and edit blog posts, and manage your store products and bookings data (see What can Copilot do? section above for more information).
[en] Connected Data and Dynamic Pages
[en] Copilot can bind supported widgets to collection or Content Library data when asked. For widgets not yet supported, or when editing text that uses inline data binding, Copilot may not be aware of the connection and could update placeholder content or override the binding instead.
[en] For widgets or content not yet supported, we recommend making changes through the collection itself (you can ask Copilot to update collection rows and fields), and avoiding Copilot edits to those connected elements on the canvas.
[en] Client Access
[en] Copilot is currently only available to owners and staff members with the Edit permission. Client access is planned for a future update.
