AudioEye updated their prices in April 2023. To take advantage of the new pricing, uninstall then reinstall the app. If you reinstall during the middle of a billing cycle, your payment will be prorated. Previously, the Standard plan was $35/mo and the Premium plan was $199/mo.

When will I see my Site Score?
You will only see your site score after you've published your site. Because AudioEye runs monitoring when users visit your website, your score and dashboard will populate as soon as your site is visited. It may take some time to build up a full view of the site, so we recommend checking back in on your score a few days after publishing.
How do I add the AudioEye toolbar to my site?
To make the toolbar available on your site, publish or republish the site.
Can I change the position of the toolbar on my site?
Not yet. AudioEye is working on making the toolbar settings customizable.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
AudioEye Premium delivers comprehensive compliance for your site. This plan provides a fully managed accessibility solution, which includes the AudioEye Trusted Certification, manual testing, and ongoing maintenance and monitoring at the site level.
Standard includes the toolbar and help desk functionality only.
What are the benefits of AudioEye Standard?
With the Standard package always on monitoring will scan your site in real-time (as users visit), testing for and identifying over 400 possible accessibility errors. This information is then used to determine your site's score. The toolbar enables users to enhance their experience of your website. Site visitors can use the toolbar to change things like the color contrast, font, font size, and more, temporarily improving the WCAG conformance of the site for that user.
