If you have run into a limitation with the native store that the third party store can assist with, you may be able to switch within the editor. In this article, we explain 3 options for how to switch your store. No option is better than another, they are simply different paths you can take to reach the Switch to Third Party Store button in the editor.

There is a Switch to Third Party Store button in the Pages panel. To access it:

In the side panel, click SEO & Settings.

Click Site Languages.

Click Add Site Languages button, then click the Switch to Third Party Store button.

Click the checkbox in the confirmation modal to confirm your understanding that upon deleting your native store no data will be saved.

Complete the feedback survey regarding the reasons for deleting the store. Click Give Feedback.

There is also a Switch to Third Party Store button at the bottom of the Payment Gateways screen. To access it:

In the side panel, click Sell Online, then click Store Management. Click Payment Gateways.

Navigate to the bottom of the Payment Gateway screen. Click the Switch to Third Party Store button.

There is also a Switch to Third Party Store button at the bottom of the Abandoned Carts screen. To access it:

In the side panel, click Sell Online, and then click Store Management. Click Payment Gateways.

In the side panel of the Site Dashboard, click Store Operations, and then click Abandoned Carts.

Navigate to the bottom of the Abandoned Carts screen. Click the Switch to Third Party Store button.

Click the checkbox in the confirmation modal to confirm your understanding that upon deleting your native store no data will be saved.

If you are on a mock store, you can delete the store by following the instructions in Add or Remove Native Store. If you are on a paid eCommerce plan, you need to contact support to delete your store (see How to Contact Support).
