To connect a custom sites domain:
-
From the Dashboard, click White Label and select Custom Domains.
-
In the side panel, select Sites.
-
Next to Connect your own domain, click Connect.
-
Enter your own subdomain.
Note
We recommend using a subdomain of the domain that you own, for example

, then you cannot use www. as the subdomain. -

Navigate to your hosting provider’s DNS settings and add the records in the table as new CNAME records.
Note
When adding records, they should be created under sites.domain.com so that the records are
*sites.domain.com
. -
Return to the platform and click Save.
-
(Optional) If your account currently has published sites using the existing default site domain, you need to confirm that you wish to change their domains by clicking Continue. Or, you can opt to keep their domains the same and use the new domain for future sites.
Until your custom sites domain is fully propagated, some of your published sites domains may not load. It can take up to 72 hours for your DNS settings to fully propagate.
