Navigate through site contacts (customers) and leverage detailed insights across orders, abandoned carts, and subscriptions for effective customer management in your online store.
Once someone makes a purchase or meets the criteria to have an abandoned cart (for more information, see Abandoned Carts in Native Store), they will appear in the site's contacts.
To access a comprehensive overview of site contacts and their associated information:

From the dashboard, locate the site in the list. Hover on and click the Overview icon () next to the site.

In the side panel of the site overview, click Contacts, and then click Site Contacts.

Hover over and click the contact to view details.

Explore specific information under each tab:

Orders tab. Find order details such as invoice number, purchase date, fulfillment and payment status, total price, and contact overview (for more information on Orders, see Orders). Click the Three Horizontal Dots () icon on a relevant order. Choose View More Details for expanded order specifics, including shipping and billing information.

Abandoned Carts tab. Access abandoned cart information, including cart IDs, date, number of items abandoned, and total price (for more information, see Abandoned Carts). Click the Three Horizontal Dots () icon on a relevant cart. Choose See More Details for expanded abandoned cart details.

Subscriptions tab. View subscription details, cycle dates, status, and recurring invoices (for more information on subscriptions, see Subscriptions in Native Store). Click the Three Horizontal Dots () icon for the desired subscription to cancel it (for more information, refer to the 'Cancel Subscriptions' section in Subscriptions in Native Store article).
