If you encounter issues when running a PCI scan, we recommend that you point your domain to pci.partnerwebsitedns.com instead of s.multiscreensite.com (or any other domain you use). Note that pci.partnerwebsitedns.com is operationally identical to s.multiscreensite.com, the only difference is that it has been optimized to allow PCI scans.
Follow our manual connection instructions to learn how to update records in your domain host. Changes to your domain typically take less than a few hours to go live. However, it may take up to 48 hours. Re-run the PCI scan once the domain configuration has been changed and successfully propagated.
