If you uninstall Bookings, your data is retained for up to 60 days. If you reinstall Bookings within the 60 day period, the previous Bookings setup will be restored, including existing appointment types and staff members.
Uninstalling Bookings does not change your site subscription or billing.
To uninstall Bookings:

Click the three horizontal dot icon and select Delete. In the popup, click Delete Bookings to confirm your choice.
