By default, the Bookings widget displays appointments in the booker's timezone instead of the business' local timezone. This is due to Bookings using the timezone in the booker's browser.

When meeting virtually, you need to add a link from your conference app so the booker can join. By default, Cal.com is selected as the virtual meeting provider but you can use other tools such as Zoom, Microsoft or Google Meet.

There are various settings available when configuring appointment time slots:

Buffer time in between appointments.

Minimum notice before an appointment can be booked.

Time slot intervals

Limit how many times the appointment type can be booked per day, month, or year.

Limit the availability of this appointment type to one slot per day, scheduled at the earliest available time.

Limit total amount of time that the appointment can be booked.

Limit how far in the future the appointment can be booked.

By default, the name of the appointment displayed on the host's and attendee's calendar is pulled from the "title" field in the appointment type's settings. If you want the name of the appointment to be different from the title, you can customize it on the Advanced Settings tab.
