Yes, the Free plan is very robust and works great. There are a few limitations like calendar syncing, text reminders, and payments. However, Bookafy will integrate into any Duda website in minutes with a great deal of customization. This is perfect for a new business, and you can upgrade anytime.
How do I add the booking feature to my site?
Once you have created an account, click the Gear icon > Settings > Integrations. On the Integrations page, copy the provided button code or iframe code. In Duda, create an HTML element, then paste the Bookafy code into the HTML element. Then, save and publish on Duda.
Can I change colors and branding?
You can change the colors and branding in Bookafy to match the colors, fonts, and logos on your website. Our booking application is built to seamlessly integrate into your brand in a very simple way. To change the colors and branding, click the gear icon > settings > booking page options. Scroll down and add your colors.
What is the difference between Free, Pro and Pro+?
The Free plan is great and it is very robust, but it is meant for individual entrepreneurs that are just getting started and don't need all of the latest features to run their business.
The Pro plan has all of the features included in the Free plan, and in addition it includes text message reminders, calendar syncing with Outlook, iCloud, and Google, along with payments, group texting, and multiple staff members with skill-based appointment routing.
The Pro+ plan has all of the features included in the Pro plan, plus it adds a second text reminder, the ability to customize text messages, API and Zapier access, custom review messages, and many other features.
Is Bookafy available in other languages?
Yes. Bookafy is translated into 32 languages worldwide. As a business you can support your primary language plus an unlimited number of secondary languages. This would allow you to book appointments with customers in their native language.
