You can update your payment information and invoice details, including credit card information, your name, business address, business name, and invoice name from the Duda dashboard.
Note
If you have not purchased a plan, you will not be able to view billing information on the payment screen.
If you are an invoiced reseller or an account with a special contract, please contact our billing team. Please submit a ticket through our chat bot (see Duda Support).

To update invoice details:

Log into your dashboard.

Select Payment.

Click Edit in Billing info & payment method.

In the Business info area depending on what you need to update, you can update your name, business address, and invoice name.

Click Save once your changes are complete.
The saved changes will appear on your next invoice.

All information entered as your Business Info will be displayed on your invoice. This information is used to determine if you should be charged tax and or VAT based on your business’ location. If your business is located in a country from which we are required to charge VAT for, you will have the option to add your business’ registered VAT ID to avoid being charged VAT. If you leave this field empty we will be required to collect VAT from you.

To update your credit card:

Log into your dashboard.

Select Payment.

Click Edit in Billing info & payment method.

Click Update card.

Update the necessary fields.

Click Update card.
The undated credit card information will be used to continue paying your account plan and site subscriptions.
