Client Billing allows you to charge your clients (either one-time payments, or ongoing subscriptions) both for Duda sites and for any other services you provide. The Client Billing feature integrates client payments with the Duda platform to provide a fully unified experience and adds the ability to automatically charge your clients on a recurring basis. Additionally, your clients will only see your branding and Stripe on all invoices.
To ensure your white label settings are complete, see Custom Branding for White Label.

If a subscription payment fails, the following will happen:

Once a recurring payment has failed, your client will automatically get an email with notice and an option to update the payment method. You can customize this email.
-
Depending on your dunning setting on Stripe, Stripe will automatically retry to charge the client.
-
If the retries fail, additional emails will be sent.
-
If your dunning setting on Stripe sets the subscription to cancel after a number of retries, it will be canceled, and the client will be notified by email.
