Install Web Chat
Visit the Channels page to add a new web chat or edit an existing web chat.
Select a web chat to view its code snippet. Copy and paste the code snippet to the <head> or <body> of any webpage where you want to offer web chat.

Text-Enabling Phone Numbers
Valid landline and toll-free numbers are often provisioned (text-enabled) within minutes. If porting (transferring) your number from another telecom carrier, they require completing a Letter of Authorization; carriers handle this process and often provision each phone number within 72 hours. If this takes longer, contact Chatfully’s team so we can assist.
Send Texts Within Guidelines
You may text people who have explicitly consented to receive texts from your company’s dedicated text-enabled phone numbers on topics which they want to be notified about. This may be done in written format, such as by signing-up for a contact list, through an email, or other written format. If a person or team of people text contacts without those contacts’ explicit consent, it may violate spamming laws which include the CAN-SPAM Act. We encourage you to research available online accredited information relating to these regulations.
