Account subscriptions, available on a monthly or annual basis, define your level of access to system features and the number of sites included. Once purchased, you have the flexibility to downgrade, cancel, or modify your billing cycle, allowing you to switch between monthly and annual plans at any time.

These instructions are only relevant for users on Basic/Team/Agency/White Label plan.
This action can only be completed by the account owner; team and staff members do not have this option.
To view your account plan:

From the dashboard, click your avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.
-
In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

On the Account overview card, you can view the type of plan, status, renewal date, number of sites, number of apps, and site credits.
If you are a new Duda user on a trial plan, you need to select an Account Plan when your trial ends.
To start a new account plan:

Open your account dashboard and click your Avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.
-
In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

There are several buttons where you can start a new account plan. Click Choose Plan on either the Your account plan card, in the side panel, or in the subscriptions table.

Click Choose Plan to select the desired plan (Basic, Team, Agency, or White label).

Complete the fields in the Payment method and Billing Info sections. Then, click Complete Purchase. Once the purchase is processed, you can click Close.
You will be emailed a receipt.
A coupon can be applied when initially purchasing a plan or when upgrading.

Select the plan type specified by the coupon (e.g., Agency or White Label). If it's not specified, select the desired plan.

Select the subscription type specified by the coupon—monthly or yearly. If it's not specified, select the desired subscription.

Enter the code in the Coupon field, then click Apply.

Once you see the price change, click Purchase.

Coupons may unique and may have specific terms and usage restrictions. Please review the details and terms and conditions of your coupon to understand what it can be applied to before use.

Will my promotion code be applied to future renewals?
The promotional discount offered (unless stated in the terms and conditions) is only good for the first year of your purchase. If it is a renewal, it will renew at the full price when your renewal date comes.
I accidentally selected Purchase before applying the coupon. Is there anything that can be done?

You can upgrade your account plan at any point in the billing cycle. This action can only be completed by the account owner; team and staff members do not have this option.
To update an existing account plan:

Open your account dashboard and click your Avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.

In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

Click Upgrade on the Account overview card.

Click Choose plan for the plan you want to upgrade to.

Review the charges, including the leftover balance from the current plan if applicable, and then click Complete Purchase.
The new account plan will take effect when your current billing cycle ends.
To downgrade your account plan:

Open your account dashboard and click your Avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.
-
In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

Click the three dot icon on the Account overview card and select Change Plan.
-
Click Choose plan for the plan you want to downgrade to and then select your billing cycle and click Select & Continue.

Click Confirm Change.
-
Click Close.
The new account plan will take effect when your current billing cycle ends. On the Account overview card, the Status will change to Set to Downgrade.
If you change your mind and do not want to downgrade your account plan, it is easy to undo.
To cancel a scheduled account plan downgrade:

Open your account dashboard and click your Avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.

In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

On the Account overview card, click the three dot icon and select Cancel Downgrade.

Click Cancel Plan Change.
You can change your billing cycle between monthly and annual.
To change your billing cycle:

Open your account dashboard and click your Avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.
-
In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

Click the three dot icon on the Account overview card and select Change Billing Cycle.
-
Review the changes, then click Confirm Change and Close.
To cancel a billing cycle change:

Open your account dashboard and click your Avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.
-
In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

On the Account overview card, click the three dot icon and select Cancel Scheduled Change.
-
Click Cancel Plan Change.
Turning auto renew off sets your account plan to cancel at the end of the billing cycle. For the remainder of the billing cycle, you will still have access to all plan features and all sites and subscriptions will remain published.
Note
If you had a scheduled plan upgrade or downgrade, the plan change will be canceled by turning off auto renew. If you re-enable auto renew before your billing date, you must request the plan change again.
To turn off auto renew (cancel) your account plan:

Open your account dashboard and click your Avatar in the upper right corner.

Select Billing.

In the side panel under Billing, click Plans & Subscriptions.

In the Account Overview section, click the three dot icon and select Turn Off Auto Renew.

Review the list of actions that occur when you turn off auto renew for your account plan. Use the dropdown menu to select the reason for turning off auto renew, leave an optional comment, then click Turn Off Account’s Auto Renew. Then in the popup, click Turn Off Auto Renew.
If you re-enable auto renew for your account plan, the same billing date is retained.
If your credit card has expired or there are insufficient funds in the account that's being debited, you will see an error message in the dashboard and letting you know that the billing has failed and a button to update billing info.

These instructions are only relevant for SMB Accounts.
This action can only be completed by the account owner; team and staff members do not have this option.
There is not currently a way to cancel and delete your entire account. You can, however:

Delete all the sites in your account.

Change your account email
There is no fee associated with having an account. As long as all sites are canceled and are not published, you will not be billed. Please review your invoice to confirm you aren't currently being billed for an account plan.
