Account subscriptions, available on a monthly or annual basis, define your level of access to system features and the number of sites included. Once purchased, you have the flexibility to downgrade, cancel, or modify your billing cycle, allowing you to switch between monthly and annual plans at any time.

These instructions are only relevant for users on Basic/Team/Agency/White Label plan.
This action can only be completed by the account owner; team and staff members do not have this option.
A coupon can be applied when initially purchasing a plan or when upgrading.

Select the plan type specified by the coupon (e.g., Agency or White Label). If it's not specified, select the desired plan.

Select the subscription type specified by the coupon—monthly or yearly. If it's not specified, select the desired subscription.

Enter the code in the Coupon field, then click Apply.

Once you see the price change, click Purchase.

Coupons may unique and may have specific terms and usage restrictions. Please review the details and terms and conditions of your coupon to understand what it can be applied to before use.

Will my promotion code be applied to future renewals?
The promotional discount offered (unless stated in the terms and conditions) is only good for the first year of your purchase. If it is a renewal, it will renew at the full price when your renewal date comes.
I accidentally selected Purchase before applying the coupon. Is there anything that can be done?

You can make changes to your existing account subscription via the Payment tab in your dashboard.
Note
On the payment page, you will see the full amount of the upgraded subscription. After upgrading, you will receive a prorated credit for the days that you have already paid the previous subscription.

To update an existing account subscription:

Open your account dashboard.

Click Upgrade.
You can set your account plan to downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle to a lower account plan.

To downgrade your account plan:

Open your account dashboard.

Select Payment.

Click the three horizontal dots () icon next to your current plan and select Change Plan.

Click Choose plan for the plan you want to downgrade to.

Click Save plan changes.

Click OK, got it.
The downgrade will go into effect when your current annual billing cycle ends. At any point before the downgrade goes into effect, you can click Cancel Scheduled Change to cancel the downgrade.

To change your account billing cycle (between annual and monthly):

Open your account dashboard.

Select Payment.

In the Account plan box located towards the top, click on the three horizontal dots () icon.

Click Change billing cycle.

If you are on a monthly billing cycle:

You will be directed to the checkout screen.

Click Purchase to complete the change.
Note
The change will occur immediately. On your upcoming invoice you will see the annual price. Depending on when in your billing cycle you change to annual, there may be proration (the unused portion of money that you already paid will be automatically prorated and go towards the upgrade).
For example, if your billing date is September 1st and you changed to annual on September 2nd, you will receive proration for September 2nd-September 29th.

If you are on an annual billing cycle:

Select Save cycle change.

Click Ok, got it.

The change will occur at the end of your current annual billing cycle.
For example, if your last invoice was paid on September 1st, 2023 and you changed to monthly on September 2nd, 2023, you will not see the change to monthly until September 1st, 2024.

You will see a banner at the top of your Plans & payments screen alerting you of the scheduled change.
You have the option to cancel the account plan downgrade request from annual to monthly before it takes effect.
To cancel the scheduled account plan change:

Open your account dashboard.

In the blue banner at the top of the screen click Cancel Changes.

Click Confirm in the popup.
The scheduled changes are now canceled and your account plan will renew on its current plan and cycle at the end of your current billing cycle.
Note
When switching from monthly to yearly, the option to cancel the change will not be available as the change happens immediately.

This action can only be completed by the account owner; team and staff members do not have this option.
To cancel your account plan:

Open your account dashboard.

Click Payment.
-
Click Cancel plan.
Your sites and templates created will remain on your dashboard in the event you want to reactivate your account.
Note
By canceling your account, the following occurs:

Canceling your account will also automatically set your sites to do not renew subscription.

The sites will remain published and add-ons will remain active until the end of their subscription.
-
Any product or service that was not paid for will be charged in the next payment cycle.
-
Site For Life subscriptions will remain live but the store section will be canceled.

There is not currently a way to cancel and delete your entire account. You can, however:

Delete all the sites in your account.

Change your account email
There is no fee associated with having an account. As long as all sites are canceled and are not published, you will not be billed. Please review your invoice to confirm you aren't currently being billed for an account plan. For detailed information on invoices, see Invoices.
Every account created in Duda starts as a free trial.
To purchase a new Account subscription:

Go to your Account Dashboard.

Click Upgrade Now in the trial progress bar.

Select your plan.

Enter your billing information.
