Site subscriptions are purchased individually for each published site after you surpass the number of sites included in your account plan. These can be purchased on monthly or annual basis and can include a Store Add-on. After purchasing, you can downgrade, cancel, or change the billing cycle (switching between monthly and annual plans) for site subscriptions. You can also disable auto renewal billing and if desired, delete a site.
Site subscriptions cannot be transferred between sites.

The promotional discount offered (unless stated in the terms and conditions) is only good for the first year of your purchase. If it is a renewal, it will renew at the full price when your renewal date comes.
I accidentally selecte Purchase before applying the coupon. Is there anything that can be done?

When you publish a site, by default the auto-renew for the subscription will be on. When the auto-renew is turned off, the site will automatically unpublish at the end of the site cycle. If a published site’s auto-renew is turned off, the account owner will receive an email 7 days prior to the site cycle ending informing them it will be unpublished.
Note
The account owner will not receive advanced notice for:
-
Unpublished sites with auto-renew off.
-
Sites with auto-renew turned off less than 7 days prior to the site cycle ending.
-
Add-on subscriptions (for example apps).
Why would auto renew be off for a site:
-
It was turned off Manually. This would either have been done during the unpublishing process or on the site’s payment screen.
-
It was turned off Automatically. If your account experiences billing complications, it may cause the auto-renew on your sites to turn off.
You can cancel site subscriptions by disabling auto renewal. Your site will remain live until the end of the billing period. To take your site offline immediately, unpublish your site. To learn how to unpublish your site, see Unpublish a Site.
Note
These instructions are only relevant for users on Basic/Team/Agency/White Label plan. If you have a Site for Life subscription, contact support.
If you no longer plan to use the site and want to end auto renewal billing, disable the site auto renewal.
To disable auto renewal:
-
In the side panel, click Payment Info.
-
At the bottom of the page, enable the Auto renew subscription toggle.
Your site remains published until the end of the site cycle, at which time it will be unpublished (see the site payment information page for the renewal date). The site subscription is active until the renewal date, even if the site is unpublished.
Note
If a published site’s auto-renew is turned off, the account owner will receive an email 7 days prior to the site cycle ending informing them it will be unpublished.
You can change your billing cycle from annual to monthly or from monthly to annual.
To change your site subscription billing cycle:

-
Click Continue.

You can downgrade your site plan from a plan with a paid eCommerce store to a site plan without eCommerce. The downgrade will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until the downgrade goes into effect, you will still have the paid eCommerce plan and all of its features. This is relevant for both .
Note
If you need to downgrade from a higher paid eCommerce plan to a lower paid eCommerce plan, contact support.
When you downgrade from a paid eCommerce plan, your store is turned into a demo store. It is important to note that demo stores do not accept online payments, support a limited number of products, and offer limited product options and filtering capabilities. After downgrading, we recommend you review your store to ensure features specific to paid plans are removed.
To downgrade your Site plan to a plan without eCommerce:
-
In the side panel, click Payment Info.
-
In the Site plan box, click the three dots (
) icon and select Change Plan.
-
Click Downgrade Site.
-
(Optional) Select a new billing cycle for your site plan. If you change the billing cycle, the new site plan starts the day the current cycle ends.
-
Click Save & Finish.
-
Click OK, Got it.
-
If necessary, you can cancel the downgrade before it goes into effect by clicking Cancel Changes.
We recommend reviewing your site once the downgrade goes into effect in order to remove any pages or widgets that are no longer supported due to the downgrade.
Before you can delete a site it must be unpublished and the billing cycle must have ended.
To delete a site:
-
From the dashboard, locate the site in the list, hover over the three dots (
) icon next to the site, and then click Delete in the menu
Note
If you have a Site for Life subscription, contact support.
Warning
Please be aware: Once deleted, sites can only be restored within a 30-day period. After this, restoration is not possible. To restore a deleted site within the 30-day window, please contact support. See: Duda Support.
