To access your account settings:

Log in to your account to access the Dashboard.

In the Profile section, you can change the First name and/or Last name associated with the account.

In the Login info section you can change:

The email associated with your account (in addition to being your login credential, this email is also used to send you important notifications, stats, news, and updates.).

Click Change email (located below the Email field). If you or your account owner has enabled 2 Step Verification, you will be prompted to enter your code.

Your password.

Click Change password (located below the Password field). If you or your account owner has enabled 2 Step Verification, you will be prompted to enter your code.

This feature is gradually being made available to all users.

Only account owners can enable 2SV.
Two-Step Verification (2SV) offers an added layer of security, protecting your account from unauthorized access. By activating 2SV in the account owner’s Account Settings, every login will require an email, password, and a secure verification code.

2SV applies only to users authenticating with their email and password. For instance, Google logins do not require 2SV, and Single Sign-On (SSO) bypasses the 2SV flow.

Two Step Verification code is required when changing your account email or password.
To set up 2SV on your account:

Log in to your account on a desktop device and access your dashboard.

Click the Avatar icon () in the top navigation bar and select Account to open Account Settings.

In Account Settings, locate the Account Security card to view and manage your 2SV security options.

Click Enable next to 2-step verification for your account in the Account Security card.

Enter your password. If you lack a password or used Google for sign-in, click Forgot Password? to set up a password and verify.

Download an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator) on your mobile device.

Choose your setup option on desktop:

Scan the QR Code: Use the authenticator app on your mobile device to scan the QR code on your desktop. Click I’ve Scanned it on your desktop after scanning.

Manually Enter the Code: If unable to scan, click Can’t Scan This? on your desktop. Copy the verification code from your desktop to your authenticator app, then click I’ve Scanned it on your desktop to confirm.

Open your authenticator app, copy the 6-digit verification code, and enter the code on your desktop. Click Verify & Disable.

After verification, you are provided a one-time use backup code. Save your backup code securely. Click I’ve Saved It to confirm.
Warning
This is your only chance to save the one-time use backup code crucial to resetting your 2SV if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Click Finish Setup Just For Me to complete the 2SV setup process.
If you find yourself needing to disable 2SV within your account, you can navigate to the settings of your account from your dashboard where you'll typically find an option to disable 2SV directly from there.However, if you encounter issues with your authenticator app, lose access to your device, or for any other reason need to disable 2SV, you can do so by logging in using your backup code from your login.
To disable 2SV from the dashboard:

On the dashboard, click the Avatar icon and select Account. This opens your account settings.

Scroll down in Account Settings and locate the Account Security card. Click the Three Horizontal Dots icon next to 2-step verification for your account in the Account Security card.

Select Disable 2-Step Verification. Click Yes, Continue to confirm.

Open your authenticator app. Copy the 6-digit verification code from your mobile device, and enter the code on your desktop.

Click Verify & Disable.
To disable 2SV using your backup code:

Attempt log in to your account using your email and password.

Click Use Backup Code when you are prompted for the verification code.

Enter the backup code you saved during the initial 2SV setup. Please note, the backup code can only be used once.

Choose to Reconfigure or Disable 2SV:

Follow the guided setup process to reconfigure your authenticator app.

Or, exit the 2SV flow to continue with 2SV security disabled.

If you encounter issues with your backup code, click Contact Our Support Team for assistance in disabling 2SV and regaining account access.
Is 2SV required every time I sign in?
Yes, after the initial setup, 2SV is required for every sign-in using your email and password, ensuring continuous account security.
What type of 2SV apps do users use?
We recommend using Google Authenticator.
Do SSO or Google sign-on users need 2SV?
No, users exclusively using SSO or Google sign-in for login are exempt from the 2SV setup.
On which platforms is 2SV enforced?
2SV is mandatory for web, desktop, and mobile app logins. Note: 2SV setup is unavailable on the mobile app.
How to change 2SV device?
If you want to change your 2SV device, disable 2SV using the current device code, and then enable and setup 2SV again with your new device.
What should I do if I lose my phone with the authenticator app installed?
If you lose your phone with the authenticator app installed, follow these steps to regain access to your account:

Use the Backup Code: If you have the backup code you saved from the initial setup of 2SV, use it to access your account. Backup codes are single-use and provide an alternative method to authenticate without the need for the authenticator app.

Contact Support: Support can assist you in regaining access to your account.
If you have a team member who has lost their mobile device or is encountering other issues related to two-step verification (2SV), as the account owner, you have the ability to resolve the problem by deleting and re-adding the team member's account.
