This feature is in beta and is being gradually rolled out to accounts.
The Business Profile contains the business and sender information used for marketing emails. You need to configure your Business Profile before sending your first campaign.
To configure your Business Profile:
-
From the dashboard, open Marketing Automation.
-
Click Business Profile.
-
In the Email section, enter your business information:
-
Legal business name
-
Display / brand name
-
Business contact email
-
Business phone
-
-
In Physical postal address, enter your business address.
-
Enter your Website URL and Privacy policy URL.
-
In Sender defaults, configure the following:
-
Default name: The sender name displayed on your marketing emails.
-
Default email: The email address used to send marketing emails.
-
Default reply-to email: The email address that receives replies to your marketing emails.

You must verify your email domain before you can send marketing emails. Domain authentication helps improve email deliverability, protect your sender reputation, and enables you to send from your own domain.
If your domain is not verified, a notification appears at the top of the Business Profile.
To connect your email domain, click Go to domain setup.
Note
For instructions on connecting and verifying your domain, see Connect an Email Domain for Marketing Automation.
