This feature is in beta and is being gradually rolled out to accounts.
Email templates are reusable email designs that you can use when creating campaigns and automation. Create a custom template, start with a prebuilt template, or use AI to generate email content.
Custom email templates are available only for the site where they are created. Built-in email templates are available across sites.
To create an email template:

From the dashboard, click Marketing Automation.

Click Email Templates.

Select the blank template to create a custom template.

Customize the email content and design.
-
Save the template.
Once saved, the template appears in the template library and can be reused for future campaigns.
Use AI to generate a starting point for your email based on a description of what you want to create.
For example, you can generate content for:

Welcome emails
-
Promotionals
-
Product launches
-
Holiday sales
-
Winback emails
-
Review requests
To generate an email:

From Marketing Automation, click Email Templates.

In the AI generation field, describe the email you want to create.

Generate the email.
-
Review and customize the generated content as needed.

Save the template.
To edit an existing template:

From Marketing Automation, click Email Templates.

Locate the template you want to edit.

Hover over the template and click Edit.

Make your changes.

Save the template.
Changes to a template do not affect campaigns or automations that previously used it. When you select a template, its content is copied into the campaign or automation.
To create a campaign from an existing template:

From Email Templates, locate the template you want to use.

Hover over the template and click Use for Campaign.

Configure and customize the campaign as needed.

You can delete custom email templates that you no longer need.
Deleting a template does not affect existing drafts, scheduled campaigns, or active automations that use the template. The template content is copied when it is selected, so those emails continue to use their existing copy after the original template is deleted.
