This feature is in beta and is being gradually rolled out to accounts.
Campaigns let you send marketing emails to your contacts. Use campaigns for one-time or scheduled communications, such as announcements, promotions, newsletters, or product updates.
You can send a campaign to all contacts or target specific groups of contacts.
Note
Currently, only email campaigns are available. SMS campaigns are coming soon.
To create an email campaign:

From the dashboard, click Marketing Automation.

Click Campaigns.

Click New Campaign.

Select an email template.
-
Customize the email content and design.

Configure the campaign settings and recipients.

Send a test email, if needed.

Send the campaign immediately, schedule it for later, or save it as a draft.
After selecting a template, use the email editor to customize the content and design.
You can edit elements such as text, images, buttons, and other content included in the selected template.
When creating an email, you can use styles imported from your site or customize the email's styles separately.
Before sending a campaign, configure its sender information and other campaign settings.
Configure the following:

Campaign name: The internal name used to identify the campaign.

Subject line: The subject recipients see in their inbox.

Preview text: The text that can appear next to or below the subject line in a recipient's inbox.

Sender name: The name recipients see as the sender.

Sender email: The email address used to send the campaign.
-
Reply-to email: The email address that receives replies to the campaign.
Your Business Profile provides default sender information. You can update the sender information for an individual campaign as needed.

You must connect and verify an email domain before sending marketing emails. For more information, see Connect an Email Domain for Marketing Automation.
Choose which contacts should receive the campaign.
You can send the campaign to all eligible contacts or select specific segments or labels to target a particular audience. You can also exclude segments or labels from the campaign.

When your campaign is ready, you can send it immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.
To send or schedule a campaign:

Review the campaign content, settings, and recipients.

Select whether to send the campaign now or schedule it for later.

If scheduling the campaign, select the date and time.

Confirm the campaign.
To edit a campaign:

From Marketing Automation, click Campaigns.

Locate the campaign you want to edit.

Open the campaign options.
-
Click Edit.

Make your changes.

Save your changes.
Depending on the campaign's status, additional actions can include Preview, Rename, Schedule/Send, and Archive.
