Vibe projects include features that Duda builds and maintains. Copilot, the AI chat in your Vibe project, uses these features when it builds your project, and you can adjust their settings.
When a visitor submits a form, your project can send two emails: a notification to the site owner and an automatic reply to the visitor. Both are on by default. When Copilot adds a form, it asks who to notify and what the reply should say.
To add a form, ask Copilot, for example, Add a contact form to the home page. Copilot asks who to notify and what the reply to the visitor should say.
Default form settings apply to every form in your project, except forms whose settings have been changed using quick edits.
To set default form settings:
-
In the Vibe workspace for your project, click the Manage tab.
-
In the left side panel, click the cloud icon, then click Default Form Settings.
-
In the Site Owner Email Notification card, change any settings you want, such as Email subject line or Email notification to. You can add more than one address.
-
In the Auto-Reply to Form Submitter card, change any settings you want, such as Email subject line or Email message.
-
Click Save.
The message "Form settings saved" appears.
To stop sending either email for every form, turn off Notify site owner of new form submissions or Send an automated reply email to visitor, then click Save.
To change the settings for one form, see Quick Edits in Vibe.
The database holds the data your project stores. Tables you or Copilot create appear on the Database page, where you can view their data.
To open the database, in the Vibe workspace for your project, click the Manage tab. In the left side panel, click the cloud icon, then click Database.
To add a table, click New Table, or ask Copilot, for example, Add a table for event registrations. When Copilot changes an existing table, it shows the changes before applying them. See Use AI Chat in Vibe.
Environment variables hold the secret keys your project uses, such as API keys for connected services. When you approve a secret key in the Copilot chat, it's saved on the Environment Variables page.
To manage saved keys, in the Vibe workspace for your project, click the Manage tab. In the left side panel, click the cloud icon, then click Environment Variables.
