If you need to contact support, it is helpful to have your site alias (or site ID) available to give to support.
To locate your site ID/alias:

Log in to your account to access the Dashboard.

Click the site you need the alias for from the list to open the editor.

The site alias is a series of numbers and letters in the site URL. For example:

If your site URL is
my.duda.co/home/site/deae445d/home, the site alias isdeae445d
