The Project Dashboard (previously named "Site Dashboard") is your central location to view and manage an individual site. What you see in the side panel will depend on the features added to the site and the status of it, for example if your project does not have membership, you will not see the membership section.
Note
Project Dashboard is not supported on DudaMobile sites.
Next to the project, click the Project Dashboard icon () to see general information about the site.
The Site Overview page provides a quick glance at your project's engagement, form responses, clients and their permissions, and an activity log.
Lists all form responses from the site. To manage and delete form responses, click Manage Responses. For more information, see Contact Form.
On the Clients card, you can create new clients to the site, view their permissions, manage their access, and view the site as a client. For more information, see Manage Clients.
Displays a log of events taken as well as the date of the logged event and the user's name and email. Date and time of the events is localized based on your browser's locale.
The Activity Log displays events taken by API, account owner, team members, clients, and administrators (Duda Support).
Up to 2000 of the most recent events will show.
Note
Only account owners and team members will have this section. It is not included for clients.

The stats email includes an overview of the stats and a View full stats button. Monthly stats emails are sent on the 3rd of each month, and weekly stats emails are sent every Tuesday, starting at 13:00 UTC. Stats emails are only sent if the site had more than 10 visits.
The email compares the current period with the previous one, including:
-
Visits. Total of unique views of the site's pages. For example, if 1 visitor saw the page 5 times, it would count as 1 visit.
-
Page Views. Total of non-unique views of the site's pages. For example, if 1 visitor saw the page 5 times, it would count as 5 views.
-
Form Submissions. How many forms were submitted.
-
Emails Sent. The number of times a click-to-email link or button was clicked anywhere on the site.
To unsubscribe clients from receiving stats emails, on the dashboard, click Clients, and remove the Stats Report permission.
Stats emails are off by default for you and your team. Clients with the Stats report permission get them monthly by default.
-
In the side panel of the Site Dashboard, click Performance.
-
Under Traffic, click Report Settings.
-
If Performance report email is turned off, turn it on.
-
Select Every week or Every month.
-
Click Save.
Report Settings changes only the stats emails sent to you. Each team member chooses their own. Team members need the Site performance & stats permission to get stats emails.
To send a report right away, click the Send email report icon at the top of any Traffic page.
