This article explains what Duda Vibe is, what you can build with it, when to use Vibe versus the Editor, how to get started using Duda Vibe, and what actions are supported.

Duda Vibe lets you build fully custom web experiences through conversation. Describe what you want, and Vibe generates a working application, complete with design, logic, and content. From there, refine it with follow-up prompts, edit directly on the page with AI, or review the code. Use it for anything that calls for a tailored web experience, from client portals and interactive tools to custom high end web design and beyond.

Duda Vibe can be used to create a wide range of custom web experiences that help scale your business while also driving customer engagement and retention.

Because Duda Vibe generates full-stack applications, these experiences can include user interfaces, data storage, authentication, business logic, and integrations.
Duda's Editor and Duda Vibe are designed to work together, with each platform serving a distinct purpose. We recommend using the Duda Editor to create high-performing websites that generate leads and perform well in search results. Use Duda Vibe to build custom functionality and interactive experiences that go beyond a traditional website.
Start by describing what you want to build in plain language. Duda Vibe uses AI to generate a complete solution based on your requirements.
Applications are generated using React and TypeScript, providing a foundation that can be customized and extended as your needs evolve. You can continue refining the experience through additional prompts or make manual modifications directly in the visual editor or in the generated code.

Following are some of the supported actions and features available in Duda Vibe:

Type your prompt/chat or use our dictation tool to speak your prompt/chat.

Conversation history. Start new conversations and switch between past ones from the conversation name at the top of the chat panel. Conversations are shared at the project level, so any team member with access to the project and Copilot permission can view, continue, rename, or delete them. After a period of inactivity, a new conversation starts automatically.

Blocks library allows you to select from pre-built blocks of content and add them to your project. The types of blocks include text, visual, interactive, layouts, media, or data based elements. For example, we offer blocks with a marquee list, event calendar, Spotify embed, PDF flip book, and more.

Quick edits let you change a selected element's text and design directly on the canvas, without a prompt and without using AI credits. The options available depend on the element you select. For more information, see Quick Edits in Vibe.
Note that available quick edits depend on the selected element. For example, typography is not available to edit for an image, but alt text is. Some content, such as certain text elements, may only be editable through a prompt.

Forms. Ask Copilot to add a form, and it collects the setup details needed. Once added, form settings can be edited directly through the Manage tab or quick edits panel, without using AI credits. You can also set default form settings at the project level from the Manage tab, which apply to all forms across the site. For more information, see Built-In Project Features in Vibe.

Theme settings allow you to define colors and font styles for your project. We offer curated color palettes and preset font styles to select from, however you can also style each element individually to best match your brand.

Version history lets you track changes and restore an older version of your project if needed. For more information, see Project Versions and History in Vibe.

Performance dashboard. From the editor's Manage tab, view your project's Performance dashboard, which includes Highlights, Visibility, Traffic, and Engagement sections, along with an Optimization Center to manage your project's core SEO settings and get suggestions to improve visibility in search and AI.

Faster, search-ready projects. Projects built on Duda Vibe version 2.0 or later load faster, and Vibe automatically handles sitemaps, canonical URLs, page titles and descriptions, and 404 pages. To check your project's version, click the menu icon at the top left of the Vibe workspace. For more information, see SEO: Key Concepts and Tools.
Version 2.0 is being released gradually. New projects will be built on it, and existing projects will be updated automatically.
Publishing a Vibe project requires an active subscription. Vibe projects share the same included site credit pool as Editor sites. If an included site credit is available, it's automatically applied to the Vibe project. If all included credits are already in use by other sites, the Vibe project is billed as its own separate subscription instead. The system always applies credits to sites in the way that results in the lowest total cost, so you don't need to choose or configure this yourself.
A Vibe project billed as its own separate subscription (not funded by an included site credit) also grants additional monthly AI credits, added to your account's shared AI credit balance, usable across your account, for as long as the subscription is active. For more on AI credits, see AI Credits.
