This feature is being gradually rolled out and may not be available for your account yet.
After activating AI Visibility, we recommend configuring additional settings to ensure you are receiving the most accurate and personalized results. If you have not activated AI Visibility, see Activate AI Visbility for instructions.
The following settings need to be configured:

Competitors. Used to compare to your brand in visibility and sentiment in order to identify areas where you can boost your AEO performance.

Prompts. Used to track how often AI mentions your brand or cites your content.

AI models. Defines which AI models are used to track your AI visibility.
-
GEO. Defines the geographic region the domain is tracked in.
Note
Team members must have Site SEO/AEO & Personalization permissions to configure competitors, prompts, AI models, and geographic location. Team members without these permissions are view-only.
Competitors are used as a benchmark to compare your brand's visibility and sentiment, helping you identify areas where you can improve your AI visibility.
To configure competitors:

From the project dashboard, click Performance.

Click to expand the Configurations section and select Competitors.

Click + Add Competitor.

In the popup, enter a name and URL for your competitor.

Click Save.
Prompts are used to track how often AI mentions your brand or cites your content.
To configure prompts:

From the project dashboard, click Performance.

Click to expand the Configurations section and select Prompts.

Click + New Prompt.

Recommended prompts appear in the popup. As desired, you can accept the recommended prompts and add your own custom prompts.

Click Save.
Select which AI models are used to track the domain’s AI visibility. We offer ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
To configure AI models, open the project dashboard and click Performance. Click to expand the Configurations section and select Additional Settings. Enable or disable toggles next to the desired AI models.
Note that if an AI model is not available in the country entered in GEO settings, a not supported label appears next to the AI model instead of a toggle.
GEO is the geographic location in which the domain is tracked.
To configure GEO:

From the project dashboard, click Performance.

Click to expand the Configurations section and select Additional Settings.

On the GEO card, complete the following fields:

Primary targeted country. This field is populated with the country selected previously during AI Visibility activation and cannot be changed.

Additional country. Note that not all plans have access to this field, refer to our pricing page for more information.

Cities. Enter up to 5 cities the business serves.
